Using the Grey Technician Ice Bath Chiller is simple and efficient:

1. Place the Tub

Inflate and position the ice bath tub on a flat, stable surface.

2. Connect the Chiller

Attach the inlet and outlet hoses from the chiller to the corresponding ports on the tub.

Ensure the hoses are tightly connected to avoid leakage.

3. Fill the Tub

Fill the tub with clean water up to the recommended level.

4. Power On

Plug the chiller into a 220V power source.

Switch it on and set your desired temperature (as low as 3°C or up to 40°C for contrast bath therapy).

5. Chill or Heat

The chiller will begin circulating and cooling/heating the water.

Allow 15–30 minutes for optimal temperature adjustment.

6. Enjoy Your Session

Safely enter the tub and enjoy the recovery benefits of cold or contrast therapy.

7. Post-Use Care

Switch off the chiller and disconnect hoses.

Drain the tub using the provided drainage hose.

Wipe down and store the unit in a dry place.
