Using the Grey Technician Ice Bath Tub is simple and efficient. Follow these steps for an optimal recovery experience:

1. Unbox and Unfold

Take out the tub and lay it on a clean, flat surface.

2. Inflate the Tub

Use the included hand pump to fully inflate the tub until firm and stable.

3. Connect to Chiller (Optional)

If using a chiller, connect the quick-connect hoses to the in/out ports on the tub.

4. Fill with Water

Fill the tub with clean water to your desired level. Add ice manually or allow the chiller to cool it down.

5. Attach the Lid (Optional)

Use the insulated lid to retain temperature while preparing or during breaks.

6. Enter and Recover

Safely enter the tub and enjoy the benefits of cold or contrast therapy.

7. Drain After Use

Use the built-in drainage valve and hose to empty the tub. Ensure water is disposed of responsibly.

8. Clean and Store

Rinse the tub with mild soap and water. Deflate, dry thoroughly, and store in a cool, dry place.
